The county of Somerset has an incredibly diverse landscape – from the dramatic sea cliffs and heather-clad moorland to the atmospheric Somerset Levels.
This last region, the Somerset Levels, has always held a special place for us here at Foot Trails: for its slow, rural way of life, the folklore and storytelling that runs rich through the landscape and, of course, for its ancient apple orchards and heritage cider farms.
