“One of my all time favorite trips- an awesome way to ring in my 50th birthday! I have always wanted to walk in the English countryside and this was the perfect way to do it. We enjoyed being in nature every day- the weather was just perfect. It was lovely to walk in the fields that were planted with corn and wheat- and it was an experience to see all the cows, horses, and sheep- even an ostrich and donkeys! Every church we visited was so lovely and full of history. So many of the paths felt like secret passageways into a simpler time. The variety of landscapes we passed through was nothing short of amazing- we could be crossing a field and then cross over a stile into a village and then into a forest and back out to a field.”
